Track 1 – Introduction
This audio track is an introduction to the concept of MindWalking and includes important instructions on how to use the MindWalking exercises for your greatest benefit. You’ll want to listen to this track for the first few times to get the principles down. Then, moving forward, you can skip this track and go directly to Track 2 to start your daily MindWalking practice.
Track 2 – Breathing and Awareness

This is part 2 of the MindWalking exercise. For approximately 4 minutes, you’ll only think about what’s right in your life. Isn’t it amazing that we spend so much time thinking about what’s wrong that we forget to focus on the good things we all enjoy. Health, friends, family, opportunities, talents–you’ll consider all of the positive blessings in your life and experience profound gratitude. Background music adds emotion to the practice and helps you keep track of the time.
Track 4 – Creating Your Future
This is part 3 of the MindWalking exercise. For approximately 4 minutes, you’ll the future that you are creating in your life. You’ll visualize your goals and experience what it will look and feel like when you get there. You’ll also use affirmations to boost your confidence and excitement. Energetic walking music underscores this track and helps you keep track of the time.
Track 5 – Fulfillment
In part 4 of the MindWalking exercises, you’ll round out the 15 minutes noticing how great you feel and getting some encouraging words for the day. Relaxing music accompanies this final track for about 2 minutes.
