Dr. Phil C. McGraw, Ph.D. has worked as a professional psychologist in the field of human functioning and strategic life planning for over 30 years. His weekly network television show, where he has become known simply as “Dr. Phil”, is a source of help and inspiration to millions. Dr. Phil gives matter-of-fact, expert advice on human behavior and life planning. Over the years he has helped his audiences build self-esteem, lose weight, deal with family crises and communication difficulties, repair damaged relationships, and more.
Drawing on 30 years experience in psychology and human functioning, Dr. Phil deals with real issues that arise in the real world with his signature “tell it like it is” style. His books and audio programs have been published in many countries with over 10 million copies in print, making him one of the world’s most sought-after authors and public speakers.
