What do I do about a damaged or missing item?

We're sorry that there was a damaged or missing item in the order you received. Please contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible so that we may remedy the situation immediately. When emailing, please include your invoice number and any details that would help us. We are normally able to respond to service requests within 1 business day.

What is your merchandise return policy?

Our return policy is simple. Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unopened merchandise that is in new condition, including original packaging and accessories. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product (not including shipping), less a 15% re-stocking fee. Due to the nature of the product, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds on electronic (downloadable) products.

If the return is a result of our error, you will receive a full refund or exchange, including shipping costs.

How do I return an item?

Simply email us at contact@mindperk.com to obtain a return authorization. In your email, please indicate the reason for your return, and include the invoice number. Once you have received the return authorization, wrap the item securely and ship it to the address indicated in your return authorization email. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipments.
